This sparkling has just recently switched from cork to screw cap. It is made with 100% Pinot Meunier from Piccadilly Valley. The wine is slightly pink, It has a very fine bead that liberates the bouquet trapped in the wine. The wine opens to display a delicate palate and a crisp clean finish. A young, refreshing wine with lively acidity.
