The grapes to make this sparkling were hand picked and then gently pressed to preserve their true fruit character. The 2013 Chardonnay Pinot Noir was bottle fermented and matured on yeast lees for 24 months in the traditional Methode Champenoise. It is dry and crisp with an elegant lingering finish.
