2018 Tohu Sauvignon Blanc

Thomas Goss Wines are made by the highly respected winery Pennys Hill in McLaren Vale. The Riesling is made from fruit sourced from Adelaide Hills and it has a floral lift with citrus notes, namely lemon and lime juice and is well balanced by a fine, long natural acidity.

This wine is made by Stone Bridge Winery in the Clare Valley. This wine has delicacy and finesse with fresh lime and lemon with a gentle sweetness that lingers and fills out the palate.

A vibrant, pale golden green in the glass, this wine displays fresh aromas of limes, elderflower and white stonefruits. With bright natural acidity and underlying ripe-fruit sweetness the palate is balanced by a characteristic minerality which leads to a crisp and juicy finish. Fresh and fruit-forward in its youth, this wine will continue to develop over the years with careful cellaring.
